Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will hold its First Annual Fall Food Drive.  All collected items will be donated to The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network), located in Hempstead, New York.

Donations will be collected at the following home football games:
 - Saturday, October 10th at 1pm vs. Maine
 - Saturday, October 24th at 3pm vs. New Hampshire

SAAC representatives will have a table set-up outside the stadium (next to WRHU) one hour prior to game time and throughout the first half to collect donated items. 

In the spirt of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday the INN's most needed items include;
 - Stuffing
 - Canned Yams
 - Cranberry Sauce
 - Canned Vegetables (corn, peas, string beans)
 - Canned Gravy
 - Boxed Macaroni and Cheese
 - Boxed/ Packaged Mashed Potatoes
*please no perishable or glass items.
