Hempstead, NY - As part of their Salute to the Troops tribute, Inside Lacrosse interviewed Hofstra newcomer Cody Solaja, whose father, Steve, is training U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

Cody Solaja, a native of Dallas, Texas, is in his first year as a defenseman on the Pride lacrosse team. He was a three-time all-state selection, a two-time All-American, and an Under Armour All-American as a senior at the Episcopal School of Dallas. Solaja was a three-time all-conference pick in football as well.
