Hot Springs, VA - The Pride shot a third round score of 334 to post a three-day total of 1048 and place 10th at the Colonial Athletic Association Championship at The Old Course at The Homestead Sunday afternoon. Junior Morgan Heyrman was Hofstra's top finisher, placing 40th.
Heyrman turned in a score of 80 (+8) in her final round to finish with a 257 (+41). Freshman Jenna Masnyk tied for 42nd after her final round 83 (+11) gave her a score of 260 (+44). Junior Amy Hoffmann placed 46th at 270 (+54). Hoffmann carded an 89 (+17) on Sunday. Junior Christine Klatman finished 47th at 271 (+55) after recording an 85 (+13) during her final round. Freshman Erica Barnes posted a 48th place finish at 272 (+56) after an 86 (+14) on Sunday.
Georgia State, which is ranked 43rd in the nation, won the team title at 923 (+59) and also had the individual champion as Charlotte Lorentzen shot a 69 (-3) Sunday to finish at 217 (+1), 10 strokes ahead of runner-up Nicole Sakamoto of James Madison.
