CAMP OBJECTIVES
The Rob Anspach Wrestling Camp is geared toward wrestlers who strive to learn the fundamentals of the sport. We teach and practice essential drills and techniques for beginning and advanced wrestlers. We also utilize wrestling videos and guest speakers as part of the learning experience. Campers are divided into small learning groups based on grade, skill level and experience, and they interact with great coaches throughout the week. Instructors are current coaches and wrestlers at Hofstra University, a nationally recognized power in wrestling.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Each camper should wear daily: shorts, T-shirts, socks, and wrestling shoes. Campers must bring an extra set of shorts, T-shirt and socks, as well as running shoes and a bag with a bathing suit, towel and water bottle. Please label all items clearly with first and last name. Hofstra is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Rob Anspach is head coach of the Hofstra Wrestling team. Prior to becoming head coach, he served as assistant coach and associate head coach for five seasons.
His tenure on the Pride coaching staff, which began in the 2001-02 season, has resulted in a 112-58-6 dual meet record, eight conference championships, and 33 league champions. Sixty-three wrestlers have reached the NCAA Championships during his nine years on staff, including 13 wrestlers who earned All-America honors.
Each camper takes home a Hofstra Wrestling T-shirt.
