The Hofstra Pride Men's Lacrosse team has been ranked 19th by Lacrosse Magazine in its 2013 Division I Preseason Poll, US Lacrosse announced.  The Pride, who begin their 2013 season on Saturday, February 16 at James M. Shuart Stadium against Sacred Heart University at 1:30 p.m., return 27 players, including seven starters from their 2012 squad that posted a 6-8 record. Leading Hofstra is their top two scorers in senior midfielder Adrian Sorichetti, who tallied 24 goals and a team-high 14 assists in 12 games, and junior attackman Lance Yapor, who posted a team-high 25 goals and 10 assists in 14 games last season. The Pride also return all three starting defenders in graduate-students Mark Mullen and Michael Hamilton and senior Cody Solaja.
